Placing OrdersIn the spirit of organization and general anal-retentive-tendencies (LOL) all customers are required to register before shopping with us. To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save time, by simply inserting their username and password. Click here to register now.
From Start to Finish ...Creating custom stationery, drinkware and tabletop items is our specialty! This process involves many variables that will affect the production time and detail of each piece we create for you. Because everything is created JUST for you when you place your order, there may be slight difference in what your product looks like from what you see on your screen. Every effort is made to make our samples on the website look exact to the finished product (including colors, font placement, image placement), however from time to time a product will look different from what it looks like on screen. Still a fabulous look & feel - trust me!

Payment MethodsWe accept all major credit cards through Authorize.net or Paypal. Paypal also allows you to directly transfer from your bank account. Personal checks and money orders are accepted but not recommended for quick turnaround. No order will be shipped or delivered (local only) until funds are processed which can take up to 10 business days. Please pay via credit card for quickest payment processing. Changes to OrdersI know.. choices, choices, choices! If there's one thing I have been criticized for, it's for giving you too many choices! How can I not? :) Please be sure to review your order before you hit "Complete Your Order!" We know how hard it might be to choose exactly what you want :) However in order to operate CORRECTLY AND EFFICIENTLY we must demand exactness when you place your order. Changes to orders will be accepted ONLY if the order has not been processed. Production Time and ShippingOur website is open 24/7 for your shopping convenience. Orders will be processed during normal (ha, ha) business hours of 9am - 2pm CST, Monday-Friday [and most of the time in to the wee-hours of the night]. Our shopping cart sends an automatic receipt of your order to the email address on your account.
We ship in-house personalized items within 5-7 business days. Custom orders produced at our contract factories may take up to 10-15 business days for production. All orders shipped from our office ship
via USPS Priority Mail. Shipments leaving our contract plants may ship other methods such as but not limited to, USPS, DHL, FedEx or UPS. Expedited (next day air or 2nd day air) shipping is available upon
Items Shipped SeparatelyWhile we manufacture most of our products in-house, there are some that we contract out to other facilities. We have
over fifteen years of experience in finding those unique factories that work one-on-one with us to make your product PERFECT! Production and shipping times may vary and will be noted within each product listing. Shipping is usually included in those items which ship from our contract factories/plants.
Tracking Your OrderYou may track the status of your order by clicking on the Order Tracking Link, after which you will have to enter your specified user name and password. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your basic shipping information. Click here to TRACK YOUR ORDER.
ReturnsI do not accept returns on any personalized items. If a mistake has been made on my part, I will ship the corrected item as soon as possible to replace the incorrect item. Proofs are offered for most products for an additional fee.
